These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made through the Vintage Bag Boutique online store at vintagebagboutique.nl. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Vintage Bag Boutique is an online boutique specialising in pre-owned luxury designer handbags and accessories, based in the Netherlands. We sell exclusively second-hand designer items and describe the condition of each piece as accurately as possible, including any flaws or signs of wear.

Article 2 — Our Products

All items in our store are pre-owned and 100% authentic. Each piece is carefully inspected and authenticated before being listed. We use the following condition guidelines:

• Like new — never or barely worn, no visible signs of use
• Excellent — fantastic pre-loved condition, minimal signs of use
• Very good — lightly used with a few minor flaws
• Good — visible signs of use or minor flaws

Product photos are as accurate as possible. We cannot guarantee that displayed colours exactly match the real colours of the item. Any known defects are explicitly mentioned in the product description.

The term “non-branded” in a product description refers to an accessory (such as a strap, chain, insert, or dust bag) that is not from the original designer brand.

Article 3 — Prices & Payment

All prices are inclusive of VAT, unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are not included in the product price and are calculated at checkout.

We offer secure online payment via the payment methods available at checkout. Payment must be completed before your order is processed and shipped. Our maximum payment term is 14 days.

We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time. No rights can be derived from pricing errors or typographical mistakes.

Article 4 — Orders & Agreement

An agreement is concluded when you have placed and confirmed your order and we have sent you a written order confirmation by email. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive a confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse an order if we have reasonable grounds to do so.

All orders are subject to availability. If an item is no longer available after your order has been placed, we will notify you and offer a full refund.

Article 5 — Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times are indicative and may vary. The risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery to the address you provided.

If a package is lost in transit, we will initiate an investigation with the carrier. This process may take up to 10 business days.

Article 6 — Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, please contact us within this period via our contact page.

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of notifying us. Return shipping costs are at your expense.

Article 7 — Authenticity Guarantee

We guarantee that all items sold by Vintage Bag Boutique are 100% authentic. Every piece undergoes a thorough authentication process before being listed. If you have any concerns about the authenticity of an item you have purchased, please contact us immediately.

Article 8 — Liability

Vintage Bag Boutique cannot be held liable for:

• Errors in information or delivery details provided by the customer
• Damage caused by the customer
• Delays caused by third-party carriers
• Inaccuracies resulting from differences in screen colour representation

As all items are pre-owned, no manufacturer warranty applies. The legal guarantee for consumers remains in effect.

Vintage Bag Boutique is not affiliated with any of the designer brands listed on this website. All brand names and trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

Article 11 — Complaints

If you have a complaint, please contact us in writing via our contact page as soon as possible after discovering the issue. We will respond within 14 days of receiving your complaint and aim to resolve it within four weeks.

Article 12 — Applicable Law

These terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Dutch court.
